The location is perfect, near the Historical Park, shops, and restaurants in a quiet alley. Free coffee and tea. The owner informed me about a Festival, so I stayed an extra night and it was totally worth it. I loved the local traditional food market and the performance on stage with traditional music and dance. The guesthouse is in a great location, with bicycles available. The bathroom had good water pressure and provided shampoo and soap. The owner was super friendly and helpful, even meeting me at the bus stop. I would definitely recommend staying here if you're in the area! It's an amazing little place with quick and painless check-in. The owner gives lots of advice and helpful comments. The entrance to a historical park is right across the road. The rooms are big enough, with comfortable beds and great water pressure. The air conditioning works perfectly. I would definitely return. The place is very close to the monuments and central to the town, with good breakfast options nearby.

The location of this guest house was absolutely mind-blowing! Everything I needed was within a jaw-dropping 2-minute walk. Right next door was a 7/11 convenience store, the night market, and just across the street was the Historical Park. I couldn't believe how convenient it all was! The staff, especially Thip, was super friendly and helpful. She left a note on my door when I arrived late and even took me to the morning market for breakfast. The guest house had everything I needed for a super pleasant trip including a clean room, helpful staff, free wifi, parking for my car, a good hot shower. I can't thank Thip and the staff enough for making my stay here so enjoyable and unforgettable!

This guesthouse is perfectly situated, with a prime location in the heart of the town. You can easily explore all the attractions on foot and there's a convenient 7-Eleven nearby. the rooms are exceptionally clean and modern, with comfortable beds and well-maintained bathrooms. the friendly staff will provide you with a map and helpful tips for your visit.
The water supply can be unreliable at times, which can be inconvenient.

My stay at Benya Guest House was exceptional. The location was perfect, with the Phimai ruins just across the street and the Banyan Tree a bike ride away. The facilities were excellent for the price, and the room was comfortable and clean. The staff member, Thip, was incredibly friendly and helpful, providing me with valuable tips and even offering to drop me off at a nearby archaeological site. I highly recommend this guesthouse for a great experience in Phimai.

My purpose of travel was to explore the historical park and I stayed at Benya Guest House for 3 nights. The guesthouse was exceptionally clean, with a comfortable bed and clean bathroom with hot water. The location was perfect, right opposite the Khmer ruins of the historical park, with interesting eateries and a 7-11 just a few meters away. The guesthouse itself was tucked away behind the main street, providing a quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Thip, the girl who runs it, was the highlight of my stay, offering a warm welcome and taking care of all my needs without ever being intrusive. She went above and beyond to make my trip memorable, taking me to local restaurants and the morning market. a perfect stay thanks to Thip and the wonderful facilities at Benya Guest House.
Can't recommend highly enough this hotel.

Great location near the monuments and central to the town. Good café around the corner for breakfast. The room was clean and had tea, coffee, and a fridge available.
The rooms were very close to each other, lacking privacy and space. The staff was rude and aggressive, which was a shock considering Thais are usually friendly.
